Dickman Properties was formed in 1975 by founder Thomas A. Dickman with the purchase of his first rental property in Richmond, Indiana.
Today, A.M. Dickman Properties, is owned and operated by his son, Alex M. Dickman and has grown a vast portfolio of residential & commercial properties. Thomas and Alex have been active in the surrounding real estate community for many years. Today, A.M. Dickman Properties has grown to provide premier housing for the people of East Central Indiana. To this day, we continue to purchase properties for the sole purpose of providing residential and commercial rental units.
