Who We Are

Dickman Properties was formed in 1978 by founder Thomas Dickman with the purchase of his first rental property in Richmond, Indiana. Dickman Properties now has over 50 residential and commercial properties and growing! Thomas has been active in the surrounding community for many years! 

Today, Dickman Properties has grown to employ several people and provide premier housing for the people of East Central Indiana. To this day, we continue to purchase properties for the sole purpose of providing resonably priced residential and commercial rental units.
